Relationships Matter
Studies show that at the end of life, the quality of your intimate relationships determines much of how you feel about your life.
Work towards overcoming your defences that push others away and prevent deep trust, impairing intimacy.
I work with diagnosed and self-diagnosed clients who experience narcissism. It doesn’t matter what we call it, the work is in personal development, being able to deal with difficult emotions rather than avoiding them, developing awareness of your own processes and your impact on others, working on relationship skills, nurturing our kind and loving parts and letting our wise adult take over from our inner angry child who sabotages relationships. Relationships matter. Invest in yours. You don’t have to do this alone, doing this alone is part of what happened., we all need someone in our inner circle.
Watch the video below for a hopeful take on narcissism.
I work with narcissism.
You don’t have to do this alone.
Acceptance brings change.
This is a relational disorder, and often invisibly impacts the entire family system and sphere of influence..
Whatever you grew up with may feel “normal” to you, even if it was toxic.
Many “perfect” families aren’t perfect at all. Emotional connection and feeling securely loved, seen and understood are human needs that can get cut off by defences.
If you can’t or won’t deal with your own negative emotions, then you also cannot feel with others in their negative emotions. This is a. lack of emotional intimacy. Another human may experience this as a lack of connection you don’t even know about, triggering other painful human responses in them. Narcissism can trigger borderline defences, for example.

The Benefits of Online Coaching for Narcissism:
Self Awareness
Coaching provides a safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with honesty and compassion. Through guided self-reflection and feedback, clients can develop a deeper understanding of their narcissistic traits and their impact on themselves and others.
Accountability
A coach serves as a supportive accountability partner, helping clients stay committed to their goals for personal growth and healing. By setting clear objectives and action plans, clients are empowered to take ownership of their journey and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Skill Building
Coaching focuses on developing practical skills and strategies to manage narcissistic tendencies and cultivate healthier behaviors. Clients learn effective communication techniques, emotional regulation strategies, and interpersonal skills to improve their relationships and enhance their overall well-being.
Empathy Work
One of the core challenges for individuals with narcissism is a lack of empathy for others. Through coaching, clients can learn to cultivate empathy and compassion towards themselves and others. By exploring their own emotions and experiences, clients develop a greater capacity for empathy and understanding in their relationships
Goal Setting and Achievement
Coaching helps clients clarify their values, identify their priorities, and set achievable goals for personal growth and fulfillment. By breaking down larger goals into manageable steps and celebrating each milestone along the way, clients build confidence and motivation to continue their journey of healing.
Support and Encouragement
Perhaps most importantly, coaching provides clients with a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where they can feel seen, heard, and valued. Coaches offer encouragement, validation, and guidance every step of the way, empowering clients to embrace their strengths and overcome their challenges.
By fostering self-awareness, accountability, skill building, empathy development, goal setting, and support, coaching helps individuals with narcissism navigate their journey of growth and transformation with compassion and resilience. With the right support and guidance, individuals with narcissism can cultivate healthier relationships, greater self-acceptance, and a more fulfilling life.

Learning to Co-create
You like to think that you can handle your thoughts and challenges all alone but here’s the truth. You too are a pack animal who needs to lean on others and let them lean on you. Your need to be strong alone or to deal with your inner emotions alone may have impaired your deep connection with others. Learn the strength of vulnerability and take your power back when it comes to needing attention or approval or influence over others by connecting in deeper, more authentic ways. Develop your belonging and acceptance of yourself and others.
Humans need Love, Belonging, and Freedom to be who we are to thrive.
All of us.
Even you.
If these needs are not met, we will develop mechanisms to deal with these shortcomings that may impair our relationships outside of our awareness.
In Coaching for Narcissism, we nurture positive emotions and develop skills to deal with rather than avoid or suppress negative ones. We learn to process emotions with others safely through support as we develop stronger relational skills with ourselves and others.
Narcissism is highly misunderstood and judged. This condition lives in secrecy, often coming from needing to be strong or perfect all alone. This is not ideal for us pack animals, but was often our only choice. Healing does not happen alone, this is a reflection of relational trauma, often intergenerational, causing separation in relationships. Healing is relational. Take a look at these videos and see if you find them helpful to understand your or your loved-one’s experience.
