Therapy for Personal Growth
live your best life
Is Therapy for me?
Your pain matters. Your emotional pain matters. Your trauma matters.
How you treat others, matters, it comes back to you. It comes back in broken relationships and an unfulfilling, even if glamorous, life.
We humans are wired for love but trauma often gets in the way. Relational trauma can cause us to feel that others are not safe, or that they are judging us, etc - this impacts our ability to trust and connect with others, and it impacts our behaviour towards others and ultimately guides how we form our relationships.
Relationships matter, you co-regulate emotions with those around you and sharing love and affection matters to your feeling of wellbeing. Studies show that at the end of life, relationships will have meant almost everything when it comes to life satisfaction. Nurture relationships where you learn to build each other up, we humans are better together. Traumatized people tend to traumatize others, often unaware.
Therapy is not only for someone else who has it worse than you.
If you are reading this, you are reaching for something better. Desire for change, and a relationship of trust and safety with your therapist are important elements for successful therapy. It could be that somewhere in your life something is not right and you want to feel better or to do better, but you might not know what that looks like.
We may traumatize others with our trauma when we are triggered into feelings that belong to the trauma rather than to what’s happening now. This is often out of our awareness, and it impacts our relationships. Fear and trauma pushes away, while love and gratitude attracts love and gratitude. Contact me if you want to move into the love and gratitude camp and if you are feeling it is time to deal with underlying fear and trauma that makes us feel like others are against us in some way.
Whatever we grow up with is normal for us, invisible. We often replay a broken model from our family that is outside of our awareness. I’m here to help see through the fog by sharing my honest experiences with you in relational psychotherapy and by being a witness in your life. It’s important to feel seen and understood.

Does it seem like others are jealous, always watching you, noticing you? You can feel that you are unique, you don’t need others as much as they seem to need you.
You’ve learned to be really strong all alone emotionally and yet criticism hurts your feelings in a deep way. Perhaps everyone is to blame for your problems, everyone but you.
No one understands you.
Here’s the thing.
Of course they don’t, you hide too much of what you’re feeling.
They want to be close but they can’t.
You want to be close but you can’t.
Maybe it’s time to consider coaching to have your best relationships for your best life, you deserve it.
You’re in the right place.
